3. Return Eligibility
Customers in the United States may request a return within 14 days of receipt, subject to the conditions below.

- Unused and Undamaged: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Original Packaging: The item must be in the original packaging, with all labels and tags attached.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
4. Return Process
4.1 Initiating a Return

- Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid return shipping label.
4.2 Preparing Your Return
- Package the Item Safely: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and free gifts.
- Include Documentation: Include the return authorization form and any requested supporting documents or images.
- Attach Shipping Label: Print and affix the prepaid return shipping label to the outside of the package.
4.3 Shipping the Return
- Shipping Method: Use the provided prepaid return shipping label.
- Return Window: Ship the item within 3 days after receiving the return label.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: For non-defective returns, Gardenia Home will provide a prepaid return shipping label and a flat rate of $7.50 per return will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping.
- Company Responsibility: If your return is due to a defective product, damage during shipping, or an error on our part, Gardenia Home will cover the return shipping costs (no deduction).
6. Specific Return and Refund Conditions
6.1 Returns Due to Change of Mind
- Eligibility: Items must meet the conditions in Section 3.1 and the return must be requested within 14 days of receipt.
- Refund: A refund to the original payment method will be issued, minus the $7.50 flat-rate return shipping deduction.
6.2 Defective or Damaged Goods
- Notification: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
- Documentation: Please provide photos or videos of the defect or damage.
- Resolution: We will offer a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover return shipping costs.
6.3 Incorrect Product Received
- Notification: Inform us immediately upon receipt.
- Resolution: We will arrange the return at our expense and ensure you receive the correct product subject to availability.
6.4 Product Never Arrived
- Notification: Contact us if your product does not arrive within the estimated delivery time.
- Resolution: We will investigate with the carrier. If confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement.
6.5 Order Cancellation

Before shipment: Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item).

For orders under $75, the original flat-rate shipping fee of $7.50 will not be refunded.

For orders of $75 or more (free shipping), no shipping refund applies.
7. Exceptions to the Return Policy
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Custom or Personalized Products: Items made to your specifications or clearly personalized (including items marked or sold as “personalized” or “embroidery”).

Gift Sets:
- Non-personalized gift sets must be returned as a full set; individual items from a set cannot be returned separately.
- Gift sets containing any personalized item are final sale and not eligible for return.
8. Refunds

- Notification: We will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
