1. Orders & Processing

When will my order ship?
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Personalized or embroidered items may require additional time, as each piece is thoughtfully made to order. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our studio.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin preparing orders quickly, so please reach out as soon as possible if you need to make a change. If your order has already been prepared for shipment, it cannot be canceled and will need to follow our Return Policy.

 


 

2. Shipping

What shipping options are available?
We offer standard shipping at checkout. Shipping times vary based on your location. We also offer free local delivery for select Kalamazoo, MI ZIP codes—if your address qualifies, a local delivery option will appear at checkout. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us for availability and pricing.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States only.

 


 

3. Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window on all unused, non-personalized items in their original condition and packaging. Personalized or embroidered items are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a craftsmanship error or product defect. For full details, please see our Return Policy.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
Exchanges are available for eligible items as long as they are unused, unwashed, and returned within the 14-day window. Please contact us at info@shopgardeniahome.com and our team will help arrange your exchange or provide return instructions.

 


 

4. Personalization & Custom Orders

Do you offer monogramming or embroidery?
Yes. Many of our linens, baby items, and gifts can be personalized with a monogram, name, or embroidered motif. Personalization options are shown on each eligible product page. Our embroidery fee is $12.00 per embroidered item.

I’m not sure which thread color to choose. Can you help?
Absolutely. If you’re unsure which thread color will best complement your item, select “Match Thread” in the thread color chart. Our team will thoughtfully choose the thread that best coordinates with your item’s trim or fabric tones. For additional guidance, email us anytime at info@shopgardeniahome.com.

How does a traditional monogram work with first, middle, and last initials?
In a traditional three-letter monogram, the last name initial is placed in the center and appears larger than the others. The order is:
First Initial – Last Initial – Middle Initial

If you have questions about monogram style, layout, or sizing, we’re happy to help you choose the most beautiful option.

How long will my personalized order take?
Please allow 7–10 business days for personalized items to be completed before shipping.

Where do your products come from?
Our collection is carefully curated from trusted brands and artisans, both domestic and international. Each piece is chosen for its quality, craftsmanship, and timeless style—reflecting Gardenia Home’s vision of elevated everyday living.

Do you restock items?
Not typically. While we occasionally restock select core pieces that are available year-round, many of our items are seasonal or limited-edition. We encourage you to shop your favorites while they’re available.

Do you offer price matching?
Yes. We’re happy to offer price matching on identical full-price items found elsewhere in the same style, size, and color. Please email info@shopgardeniahome.com with a link to the listing, and our team will review your request.

Please note: price matching applies only to regularly listed full-price items and does not extend to sale, clearance, or promotional pricing offered by other retailers.

 


 

6. Tracking & Delivery Issues

I never received my tracking number. What should I do?
Tracking numbers are emailed automatically once your order ships. If you don’t see the email within 3 business days, please check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s still missing, email us at info@shopgardeniahome.com and we’ll resend your tracking details.

My tracking number isn’t updating—what does that mean?
Sometimes carriers take 24–48 hours to scan the package after the label is created, especially during busy seasons. If the status hasn't been updated after 2 days, feel free to reach out and we’ll happily look into it for you.

 


 

8. Local Delivery

How does local delivery work?
Local delivery is available for select Kalamazoo, MI ZIP codes. If your address qualifies, the option will appear automatically at checkout. Local deliveries are typically completed within 1–3 business days.

Do you offer local pickup?
At this time, we do not offer in-person pickup. Local customers may use our local delivery option where available.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Amazon Pay. All payments are processed securely through encrypted gateways.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We never store full credit card details. All payments are processed through PCI-compliant, secure, encrypted providers to protect your information.
